What Do I Need To Provide?

When you first contact us, please briefly outline the case details and background of your situation. We also want to know whether you qualify for public funding, and how committed you are to conducting the litigation element of proceedings.

Our Timelines:

You can secure an appointment with a Barrister within seven working days after calling the Clerk to make an enquiry. You are also able to do this online, but please include your essential case details. The Barrister is then able to consider your case with any papers available, from the first meeting and is able to give you an estimated timescale for the case.
